My ham shack is a collection of modern SDR radios and computer technology although my operation is primal! Starting the day off with coffee and a chat on SSB 3660 khz each morning with my radio buddies is where I am with ham radio.
Sitting on my desktop is an Anan 7000DLE transceiver which drives an old Drake L4b amplifier. Thetis, the most fantastic piece of software ever written for the hobby, runs on a home built Intel i9 computer. I am using a Shure SM7B microphone and a Symetrix 528e to supply audio to the Anan.
Sandusky is the home of Cedar Point! Cedar Point is a 364-acre amusement park located on a Lake Erie peninsula. In 1870, a local businessman, opened a beer garden, bathhouse, and dance floor on the Cedar Point Peninsula. Over the years it has become one of the premier Roller Coaster parks with 18 thrill rides. I live close to the park and while sipping coffee or a glass of wine on my patio, I can sometimes hear the screams!
